Hormones Oh yes, let's.  Let's talk about hormones.  Taking a single hormone tablet can be a very dangerous thing.  Just by merely coming into contact with female hormones you could really find yourself in trouble.  Overnight you'll have gigantic massive tits and a huge fat arse, and you'll suddenly shink to 5' tall and look like Kylie Minogue.   Kylie.   Estradiol Valerate 2mg - Four of these little orange things daily.  That's quite a high dose.  We'll get to that later. Progesterone Cyclogest 200mg - One of those daily. Estrogel - Four squirts daily. Dutasteride Proscar 0.5mg - One daily.  Now these are exciting little things.  By design they are a Prostate Cancer drug, but with the side effect of, ...they cure male pattern baldness.  They are also an anti-androgen. Androcur Cyproterone Acetate 50mg - Once daily.  Another anti-androgen to kill off testosterone.  Ironically these are not licenced by the FDA, as they make people jump off of bridges and things, yet they do give them to oversexed males in prisons.  I told you it was ironic. Orchiectomy Castration Balls Off In 2004 I had me balls chopped off.  It cost £1,500 and took half an hour.  I did this so that I could cut down on the amount of hormones and anti-androgens going through my liver on a daily basis.   The female hormones can now work unopposed to the testosterone that would otherwise have been produced.  Hormonally I am post-operative, in other words, this is the greatest step you can take as far as the final willy chop, SRS, GRS, The Sex Change Operation, whatever you wish to call it.  There is no going back.  I can never be male again.  In the event of a nuclear holocaust I will not turn into a fella, as there's no testosterone to do it.  Good that init! Breast Augmentation For a cost of £4,000 I had me tits done.  Now you're obviously starting to gather from all of this that it ain't cheap.  If you wanna be a bird, and you're a bloke, then it's going to cost money.  Anyway.  For this $8,000 I went from a naturally hormone induced 36A to a conservative 36C overnight, and Christ did it hurt. The impants were placed under the muscle, meaning that I had a scapel go right through my pectoral muscles.  Normally implants are placed above the muscle directly behind the skin.  This is fine if you're going from a 36C to a 36D and have plenty of breast tissue in the first place.  Yet with less tissue to begin with if they are placed under the skin then they have a tendancy to look false.  The implants will look as if they have been stuck on.  I wanted the natural look. Facial Hair Removal Lasering IPL I've had all of my facial hair removed.  It works like this.  Dark hairs absorb light, generating heat.  Heat creates an alkali chemical imbalance at the root of the hair.  Said imbalance upsets the chemistry of the hair.  Hair is ejected from the body falling out over about two weeks.  End result, no hair.  It's as simple as that.  Oh, but you have to get the hairs during the growing phase.  Each folicle can have many hairs emerging from it yet some are dormant, you recall seeing two hairs coming out of the same folicle? The upshoot of which is that you have to keep on going back and having it done again and again.  Optimistic estimates suggest 5-sessions.  I think it's closer to 10-20, or more so, I have had ALOT of lasering over the years.  It also has a rejuvinating effect on the skin, stimulating the blood vessels beneath the skin.  Laser light can be specifically tailored for skin rejuvination with very limited hair removal, or vice versa. Laser hair removal initiates a limited amount of rejuvination. And it hurts. Well I guess it would, those hairs are being heated up to 70'oC. Body Hair Removal Lasering IPL It hurts, possibly even more so than your face.  I think I find the pubic area and the backs of my ankles to be the most painful.  After a while your pain threshold goes which doesn't help either.  It takes about 3-hours in total.  So far I've had my underarms, legs, thighs, groin, and bum lasered.  It costs about £600 per session and is subject to similar constraints to which applies to facial lasering. Costs Money Finances Now that's an awkward question.  It's also pretty much why I do pornography.  Without which I would have never been able to afford any of this.  I receive no assistance from the NHS so pay for all of this privately.  To date I believe the figure I have spent on surgery, hormones, and treatments to be in the region of £30k.  That's erm like a Porsche!!  Given the choice though I would much rather not be like this, more on that another day. Yes I will, eventually.  My biggest concern is the aftercare.  What if something goes wrong?  How quickly will I be seen?  How much will it cost?  These are all questions that I have.  For the time being however I can wait, I have waited 20-years afterall, what difference is a few more years going to make?  As with everything it simply comes down to money.  The figure thrown about is a cool £10k.  There are options of the UK, Thailand, The States, all of which have their pros and cons.  Let's just say that when I win the lottery and can afford my own nurse and 24x7 Doctor that I'll have it done in a shot.  Up until that time however, We'll just wait and see.
